You can find our Cold War Museum in a former nuclear fallout shelter under the Jalta Hotel on Wenceslas Square in Prague. In our Cold War Museum, you can learn about the Iron Curtain, communist army equipment or about life of border guards. You´ll also have a chance to see a spying room from which the secret police collected information about the hotel guests.

This attraction is beneath the Hotel Jalta and, although technically it belongs to the hotel, it is actually run by the Czech Army Association. Our guide, David, was excellent. As hubby was in the RAF during the Cold War, he was quite knowledgeable himself but...More

Interesting tour of an old nuclear proof bunker 10 meter below the Jalta hotel. The guide had good knowledge and could easily answer any question on the topic. There are a number of rooms - some authentic and some decorated with Cold War memories from...More

We got a great tour from a sincere young guide at the Hotel Jalta. Tours started at 2:30 pm and were in English. Don't want to reveal too much and spoil the fun. Just go explore the nuclear bunker and get some historical perspective away...More

Brilliant tour, Alexandra our tour guide was great. This is really interesting and informative, with some interactivity to make it fun. You can wear uniforms, hold guns and have a go on the air filtration system and phone tapping devices. Highly recommend.
