We went as a tour, the guide had a good understanding of english, were she explained the meaning and symbols of certain items she explained the periods of the furniture and the use for particular rooms. It was very interesting, I would recommend it.

Housed in house “U Zlatého růžence” which was built in 1897 according plans of then Director Josef Škorpila. On display are amongst others, Nature: Zoology, paleontology, Botany. History: prehistory, middle ages, modern times, archaeology. Ethnography: + 76,000 cultural, historical and ethnographic objects. Art: Oriental objects, antiquities, paintings and grafica, glass, sculptures and woodcutting, textiles and embroidery, Noble metals, porcelain and... More
