Nice wildlife. Many facilities close during winter which is not recommend to go during winter time, plus windy. But the animals are really interesting to see. Especially lions! They are so close to the visitors and which we can observe better!

Not too big zoo, but for children it is a pleasant distance, animals have a beautiful environment, interesting playground and plenty of rest places. An eye-catching exposition of the Czech river and farmhouse.

The zoo is quite large and offers a large number of animals for viewing. It has many trees to protect visitors and animals from the sun. Good option for food in spaces distributed by the zoo and some concentrated restaurants near the exit. Good to take a walking shoe because the zoo is very large.…

This is a real 'city' zoo: relatively small quarters for the animals -- no jungles and oceans. But there's lots of animals and it's only 150 CZK (6 euros!) per person! We spent three hours here and yes, there's a lot of climbing. Which compensates nicely for the delicious beers you drink in this town ;-)…
