I've long been a fan of this classic beer, so a tour was a real must. Good value too at 120 Crowns (€4.65) per head. If you are not part of a group, just turn up at 2pm and a tour will start around then....More

Great stop off to see the real home of Budweiser Brewing. We were taken through the whole brewing process from crop to bottle. We got to sample some fine aged ale from the chilly bowels of the brewery where its all kept reverently quiet. Which...More

Budweiser Brewery (Budejovicky Budvar) We were privileged to drink at this wonderful establishment. Much preferred it to Pilsner Urquell which is the 2nd best lager in the world.

There was a German and English tour at 2pm. As bilingual we were advised to take any of the 2. We opted for the EN tour since the group was smaller, but we ended up having the same guide tour as the CZ group. So...More

Having visited several breweries, I can say that this was enjoyable and informative. Our tour guide (an older gentleman who spoke at least 3 languages) clearly loves his job and made our visit quite memorable. Check the guided tour times, as there is not much...More

The brewery is interesting and they hide nothing. It is worth the time and money. They guide can speak English and German and explains the complete brewing process in detail.

A visit to the original Budweiser Brewery is, of course, a must if you are in the area. Nice tour of about an hour. Highlight was the tasting of a beer right out of the tank halfway through the tour. Unfortunately it was not possible...More

We made the trip from Cesky Krumlov to see the brewery and take the tour and it was worth it. They only did 1 walk-up tour in English and it was at 2:00pm. The tour fee was not much, only a few Euro and included...More
