There are always clowns on strikes at that park if not then there the degenerate kids of newcastle .. ... has a nice water feature and new gardens. And quite spacious .. thet need new tables and chairs and more of them
Civic Park is a lovely park surrounded by historical buildings including Baptist Tabernacle, Presbyterian Church, and Newcastle city hall.
There are monuments to the wars, a great water fountain and tiered gardens.

Civic Park is well located and packs a heap of interesting memorials, lawns and gardens. Opposite the Town Hall and the Council Building, the Civic Park is a great place to hang out, enjoy the sights and relax.
