We have had an amazing 5 & a half hours doing our tour today!! Seeing how much detail goes into the movies is unbelievable!! We ve flown broomsticks, drunk butterbeer and generally had an amazing time! Well worth a visit if you love Harry Potter!!

A very enjoyable morning/afternoon. You need to watch all video screens and clip to get most value. Butterbeer too expensive for coloured lemonade and cream foam. Some amazing models. A must do, but perhaps just once.

I also didn't have any response after booking but they did eventually answer my email, check to see if the booking has gone through on your card and send another email confirming the funds have been taken from your account.
