Stunning gorge. Hike to the bottom! Go into the old roman town and hang a right at the first street after crossing the bridge. Walk down the road and you will come to an area with trees and an iron fence eith a view of the valley. To the left is a path to the bottom of the gorge.

This dramatic gorge is the reason for the special setting of this city. houses placed on the edge, the steep cliffs and the river all makes this amazing. Can be viewed perfectly from beneath Puente Nuevo, Mirador de Aldehuela, La Mina de Agua, Puente Viejo, Jardines de Cuenca or other places overlooking the gorge.

The Gorge separating Ronda in 2 areas is called El Tajo and this is what makes this city so unique and popular . The most impressive views are from the highest bridge or Puente Nuevo , the Parque Alameda del Tajo or the Conviento de Santo Domingo . Great pictures can be taken from these view points . It is... Well worth driving down the roughly cobbled road to get a view up of the escarpment that Ronda is built on.

Impressive nature wonder, spectacular sparkling cliffs of a deep gorge called El Tajo, combined with charming landscapes and that cultural jewel called Ronda. Its character, its food, its magic. Perfect weekend in Andalusia.

THIs is one of those sights where a photo does not do it justice. When I saw this bridge for the first time, my jaw fell to the ground. How did people build this bridge nestled inside Tajo Gorge, over 200 years ago?? It boggles the mind. Ronda itself is situated high above the valley below on a Gorge, and... More

From the Jardines de Cuenca you have a great view of the puente. In the morning the light is great for taking pictures.

The bridge is breathtaking. It offers stunning views of the surrounding area. It's perfectly preserved. The trip to Ronda it's worth the money and the time it takes to get there. You will not be disappointed.

We were thrilled during the car drive on our way to Ronda from Malaga, with lots of steep slopes and beautiful scenery as we climbed higher and higher to reach our destination. Once we arrived we were equally thrilled by the huge deep gorge and little buildings balanced on the precipice of the gorge. Well worth a visit, (although it... More

In Ronda, we went over a bridge that is a fantastic building over a ravine. On the sides are restaurants you can sit and look down into the ravine, Suddenly a swarm of pigeons that have nests in the walls - interesting spectacle.
