The temples are beautiful and historical. Monks can give you an interesting tour through the place and the caves can make you feel in another time.

No need to rate such a holy place. Take a trip here, cope with the bumpy roads, enter the monastery. Pray. You will never forget the day...Amen. PS. There are 2 museums on the territory of the monastery and ancient chalk monastic caves for those, who is interested in religious history.

it took over 2 very bumpy hours to drive here from lozovia but it was worth every sick making kilometer ! the monastery (with the usual gold/chrome domes) is approached from the car park over a bridge where newly weds leave signed padlocks to lock their love !! there is plenty to see, the main section is lavishly decorated with... Centuries old Svyatogorsk is the third and newest Lavra in Ukraine. The Monastery is relatively small, and features a cave complex which is centuries old as well as a Holy Icon of St Nicholas where one is granted blessings by making the sign of the cross on their forehead with limestone above the icon.
