Very lovely beach and 60's cold war area decomissioned bonus type nuclear reactor. Located very close to another Rincon landmark, el Faro (Lighthouse). Recomended side trip in Rincon....

Surf beach frequented by locals primarily. Surf gets big here they say. It's not a huge beach and there are rocks. It nice to just hang out though.

Best beach on western Puerto Rico to stick your flag in sand and watch the surfing. Bring a lunch or drive about a half mile up yield hill to the beach house. The views are great.

Not radioactive. Great from hanging on the beach, snorkeling, surfing and swimming. Green, blue, sand, coral, blah, blah,....

The big waves lead to great surfing. We drove our rental car between the trees right next to the beach. Very relaxing afternoon. A must visit while in Rincon.

Beautiful surf spot. They have surfing and boogie board rental on the entrance. Excellent vibe and camaraderie. Lots of eating places around. Rincón Lighthouse is not far away from this place. Five star views and scenery.

surfed here early in the morning to beat the wind that whips up later in the day - called "Domes" because there is a power plant with a big white dome you can see from the beach - which is a good way to track...More
