This is a very nice trail, and extremely well marked! We were surprised that there was not more elevation change; when I looked at the elevation graph I didn't notice that it was in hundreds of feet, not thousands! We did the whole trail clockwise....More

Have done this hike dozens of times, never gets old. Great for mountain biking too! Over 9 miles it does offer a marked shortcut if you desire a shorter hike. In summer don't under estimate hydration needs.
