The fiesta in Zamora is great! Ceramics, pottery, and art glass were beautiful and affordable. We bought a beautiful ceramic clock. There was traditional Spanish bagpipes and regional folk dances.
Few tourists so the locals were very welcoming.
The Plaza Mayor in Zamora is nice but not on the same scale as the Plaza Mayor in Salamanca, which is stunning ! We sat at one of the bars for a quiet evening drink and kept getting hassled by beggars, which spoilt our evening.

Spent a lovely spring evening with a glass of wine listening to the locals and enjoying the sun. Good eating nearby .
Lovely building surround this square and it is particularly attractive at night when all the building are illuminated. There are numerous outside bars and restaurants located in the square to choose from.
