Very disappointed the ad said visit Sami and reindeer. Instead we stopped at a sort of barn with 1 dead stuffed reindeer and 1 Sami person with a few crafts to sell. This is really just an expensive bus ride to and from Nordkapp. I don't recommend this.

The tour is basically transportation to and from the cape. The cape is beautiful. There were no stops for photo opportunities. The only stop was at the “Sami family”. This stop was just one guy in a costume with a sole reindeer on a rope. He offered no information about the Sami lifestyle or the culture. He answered a couple of questions without much detail or information shared. We were really disappointed with the overall tour. Guide was a local and fine. Provided some taped information over the bus PA. Just thought there would be more to this excursion.

We saw only part of what we paid for. No reindeer, no Sami family. Shorten by about 1. Hour. How about a partial refund. Would NOT recommend this your!!

Do not book with them , My Holiday on line is no a legit tour operator , they act like a broker , all they trying to do is to find a last minuted deal for their profit. So they do not know when the tour will depart and they are not abl to send you a ticket. They can only let you know when will depart 2 days prior to your tour. If you are a cruise passenger you got screwed because you do not have internet access to get the ticket. You are not able to join the tour you paid for. Besides,they never answer phone calls ONCE AGAIN DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM , THEY ARE NOT A LEGIT TOUR OPERATOR THEY GOT NO BUS NO GUID NO NOTHING . VIATOR ARE AT THE MERCY OF THIS OPERATOR AND VIATOR HAS NO CONTROL OF THIS OUTFIT. VIATOR SHOULD NOT SELL THIS SHORE EXCURSION

Terrible tour today! The driver was lovely and waiting, but when we arrived via a Hurtigruten ship, it was foggy. The tour operator didn’t bother to tell us that the whole drive and the cape were socked in with fog and that we couldn’t see a thing when we got to the cape. They just happily took our $250. The stop to see a Sami family consisted of a 5-minute stop to say hello to a Sami man feeding a reindeer and see a couple of Sami tents from the outside. Then on to the cape. The film at the visitor’s center was bland and fairly useless and the fog prevented us from seeing much of anything at the point. If the operator cared, s/he could have called the visitor’s center to check on visibility and let us know before leaving that we would not see anything. Instead, they happily kept our $250 for basically nothing. On the trip a recorded commentary and travel guide was played on the driver’s phone. Really awful.

Outstanding! Family owned business. We arrived on a cruise ship and booked this tour privately. The tour met the ship at the pier and ran to time. They ran multiple trips on the day we were in port. There was a pre-recorded audio tour guide throughout the bus trip that was hilarious! Thankfully in English, though I believe other languages may also have been available. This provided consistency of information for all participants of the same tour across multiple buses and time slots. The weather cooperates beautifully. The scenery is simply stunning! The company is also affiliated with a local store in Honningsvag, and offers a discount for guests who book with them to view an awesome short film at the store on the Aurora Borealis.

Not by this company but by Finnmark this shore excursions out of Honnigsvag Norway exceeded our expectations. The 4 plus hour tour ambled out of Honigsvag to show us the barren reaches of North Cape. The
star" of the trip was the land. Not the reindeer, Sami people or fishing village stops included. The reindeer were seen although corraled by Sami. Not in the wild per se. The Sami were demonstrating their lifestyle. The fishing village was small and not much to see but a traps, few boats and no people.
This tour went to the edge of the European land mass at North Cape. Wonderful. Lonely with all the people. Out to the edge! The globe at the end of the land says lots The facility there is developed to maximize the drama. We wandered for over an hour at North Cape enjoying all the facility had to offer. Clean and well documented education. There is a good 14 minute surround sound movie to orient people. Thai connections and culture.
The cafe at North Cape , sitting there, was drama itself with good food at affordable prices. WE bought very inexpensive souvenirs including wool hats less expensive than anyplace along our 3 weeks in Norway!
so we enjoyed the time seeing life out at North Cape including the Sami, Reindeer, fishing village , etc but it was North Cape was the event.
WE had a panoramic tour of Honnigsvag when we returned to see the church, and other landmarks. WEll done and affordable shore excursion on time in a world of tenders

Having made the booking in February I wanted confirmation of who we would be meeting in Honningsvag. I made numerous phone calls to the UK number provided with no reponse whatsoever. On trying to download tickets not successful. Two days before arriving in Honningsvag the tour operator cancelled the tour with no explanation. On a positive note full refund was made promptly. I would be very loathe to make another tour booking as the whole experience was stressful.

Everything worked out. The weather was clear, even a bit warm. The views were extraordinary. To enter the visitors center was far too expensive, so I decided to have a coffee in Honningsvåg, a quaint town a little south of Nordkapp. I then arranged a cruise with Hurligruten to Svolvaer in the Lofoten islands. Truly a beautiful experience. This part of the world is a feast for the eyes.

Excellent trip despite the fog. Our guide was so informative and pleasant. Beautiful scenery from the fishing villages to Nordkapp! We thoroughly enjoyed this experience!
