Absolutely worth the drive (and the walk). Only disabled are supposed to park at the top but everyone seemed to be anyway. We walked up, which really isn't that far, and its definitely a great view when you get there.

It was recommended to us from a staff at the visitor centre. Breathtaking views and ample space to park your cars. It was just a short drive around (about 20mins) so definitely a great way to pass time.

What a fantastic view over Albany. Is a must when traveling to Albany. Beautiful Anzac Memorials and the Avenue of Honour is such a great touch.

Visited here for the dawn service. Stayed till sunrise and what a magnificient view. Worth a visit if in Albany.

The new memorial built overlooking the sound has some fantastic picture windows giving glorious views and the information about the troops and their experiences was very comprehensive.
