Very helpful staff, plenty of information about surrounding areas, love the location right on the foreshore and its always good when one of the grain trains comes in they are popular with the kids because they are so long! Also a bus terminal.

We called into the visitor centre as soon as we arrived in Albany. The lady we spoke to was very friendly and helpful, gave us lots of information of things to do and see.

An excellent information centre, with friendly, helpful staff. There are lots of displays to wander, while waiting for the Brig Amity Tour. The children learnt a lot about the history of the area while we were there.
