I have found cheaper prices in Melbourne, wouldn't bother visiting there again, they really need to bring their prices down to accommodate visitors to the area expecting to buy great items for great prices. It's the heart of Surf Clothes! Very disappointing. Shopping is better in Melbourne...

Quite a few sporting brands at the area. Rip curl, billabong, oakley. Prices are okay, not that high. Closes quite early by 5. Have to be quick.

Half cleaned, carpet had certainly seen better days and had probably never been cleaned. Fresh bedding but most surfaces didn't appear to have been touched. In the evening the room was freezing cold, actually colder than outside! Must have been due to lack of insulation as you can hear everything outside too. Dire interior and overall quite a depressing place... More

Nothing here was on sale , I understand that Rip curl , Billabong and the rest can be quite pricy , but everything seamed really expensive . Compared to say DFO or Internet . Couldn't find a bargain . Not paying $80 for denim shorts .

Outlets are where they discount end of season lines & seconds. Having shopped here probably 20 times the bargains vary. You have to be realistic this is why they are outlets. You can find fantastic bargains here at different times. Things like T-shirts don't date so they are always a good pick up. My other favourite is men's hoodies or... More

I went here on advice from someone that you can get some good bargains. The previous review suggests they found nothing possibly due to it being winter but I went in what should be peak season and found that was only a few shops opened here. The prices were no cheaper than other places I can go to closer to... More

I found nothing there. Not many shops were opened when we were there, probably due to the fact that it was an afternoon in winter. There is no point to go there.

Hi all, I thought I would write to help to clarify a few things over the surf factory outlets in Torquay. Firstly, Surf City Plaza is shopping precinct/area dedicated to surfing and includes the museum SurfWorld. However, the surf factory outlets are are actually dotted all around this precinct, mixed in with the normal retail stores. The popular 'fashionable surf... More

Stopped here during the school holidays with family found the shops expensive and most of the clothing was seconds. Wouldn't bother. The beaches in winter were enjoyable as was a very run down Taylor Park.
