A short walk through interesting mossy bush, less than 1/2 hour return. Toilet facilities and make sure you have paid your park fees.

Stopped on the way from Queenstown and after a easy walk from the Car Park the falls are a great sight within the rainforest. Worth while for the stop and look.

Good exercise to stretch the legs. The trail and path I would say are more interesting than the falls themselves. Path is very well constructed and easy to follow with young ones.

We stopped here after leaving Queenstown as it was on our way to the next stop. The walk is not very long and it was very peaceful and you can see a lot of trees, ferns and old logs, stumps, covered in moss. There are toilets at the car park and I would recommend a stop here.

The falls are just a short walk from the car park. It is an easy walk especially for the elderly. The walk follows along beside a running stream and is very pretty.

Stopped off here on the drive from Strahan to Tarraleah. Definitely a must see as it is a short walk from the car park to the waterfall. Toilets also available. Lots of beautiful lichen and mosses.

Visiting Nelson Falls was a nice break during a tiring drive to Queenstown. It's a pleasant short walk from the main road and an impressive sight. We saw it towards the end of summer - I imagine it would be even more impressive at the end of winter with stringer water flows.

My friend and I didn't know about this waterfall until we looked at TripAdvisor, the town is definitely not stating one of it's best attractions. My friend and I agreed that she should get married there, she fell in love with everything about the waterfall. I am slightly less romantic but enjoyed myself thoroughly and it was only about a... Well worth the 15 minute walk from parking area to view these falls. There was quite a bit of water coming over the falls at the time we visited. Very quiet - not many people around.
