This beach is really beautiful! A little windy while we visted, but it was very nice to walk in the morning watching turtles peak heads up from the water and lots of birds! Sunrise and sunset is just dream like!

Beach lovely beautiful, but lots of seaweed and very windy in January. We stayed in a great villa Pedacito de Cielo, right on the beach.

When people dream of going to the beach, this is the beach they see in their visions. Soft, white powdered sugar is the sand of choice and sparkling turquoise Caribbean seas is the ocean you feast upon. It's not crowded and it's not crazy busy...More

Away from the hussel of Playa Del Carmen and Tulum Beach, this place is amazing. So quiet, and we were able to enjoy endangered turtles nesting and hatching on the same beach

Beautiful beach and snorkeling spot. Very clean and has very little seaweed. We could have stayed here all day to look around at the cenotes.

We are considering staying in Tankah Bay for 8 nights right after Christmas. A number of homes available for rent seem to have dogs. My brother noted that this may be due to security issues in the area. Can anyone comment on safety around the Tankah Bay area, please? Thanks!
