Enjoyable walk, a bit strenuous for those with a sedentary predisposition, we throughly enjoyed the challenge, the workout & and acknowledging the many other climbers on the trek up. The views at the summit were great.

Although steep it is a relatively short walk for great views. A great way to start the morning. Best to go earlier in the morning during summer as the second half of the walk is exposed. Was quite busy with a constant stream of people....More

Finally climbed Mt Coolum! It was steep but not too difficult. Conditions were warm and dry. Went up in 20mins at a constant medium pace with a couple of stops. Others less fit took 30mins. Great view. Take water. Track easy to follow.

A must for moderately fit walkers (though a bit precarious for little ones, especially when windy or wet). Wear sturdy walking shoes as the track pretty rocky and rugged, byo water, and take your rubbish back with you please. Bit hard on the knees coming...More

This is one of the best, and most popular walks (climbs) on the Sunshine Coast). It is pretty much a steep hike from the car park but if you take your time the view from the top is fantastic. It can get quite busy and...More
