Interesting to see as it has interesting early style buildings but not much to do but eat or buy touristy stuff. Bus goes hourly. We couldn't wait to get back after the first half hour.

Still gorgeous, but too many people. It's hard to look around as you constantly have to dodge people who don't look where they are going.

Great for a visit. Very tourist orientated and quite a lot of tourist on the day we visited. Car parking is challenging. Worse than Queenstown. The old buildings are definitely a feature of the place.

There are 2 routes by Connectabus which departs from O'Connell's Shopping Centre. Both take around 30-35 minutes. 1 of them goes directly to Arrowtown while the other interchanges at Frankton hub.
