The monkeys in this park keep me entertained for ages. Kids love it. Lots of babies there this visit. Some beautiful flower beds around this park also.

Definitely worth a walk through the city park during your stay in Launceston. Its very easy to spend a while just watching the monkeys do their thing.

Congratulations to the keepers of this park. The gardens are beautiful. All the plants around the gardens and in the conservatory (like a glass house) looked in excellent condition as did the lovely extensive grassed areas. Not to be missed are the Macaque Monkeys, there...More

This park is centrally located. It is well maintained. The conservatory is well worth visiting as is the macaque enclosure.

Stumbled on this park after having lunch across the road at Hogs Breath Cafe. Beautifully landscaped and well kept. The giant Dahlia's were amazing to see. Nice place for a stroll and a bit of time out.

We wandered through this park as a short cut between the Willis Street car park and the Grand Chancellor Hotel and we are so pleased we did. Towards the end of our Launceston visit we actually detoured to be able to walk through the Park....More
