Temptation is a 58 foot sailing catamaran which has been doing wild dolphin swims daily since 2001, in this time we have never been out on a dolphin cruise and not seen dolphins. In fact we will give you all your money back if dolphins are not seen on this cruise. Dolphins always come over to Temptation and you can stand or lay above them on our front nets. If you wish to swim, no worries (but book early to avoid disappointment) this is a totally wild experience, no feeding, no touching just viewing from within the water. Because these are wild dolphins we have strict rules to abide by (both for the safety of the swimmers and the dolphins) and sometimes it can be rushed to get the swimmers in the water and sometimes the crew do need to yell so that the swimmers know which way to look under water. If you book in for a swim and on the day change your mind, no problems we can refund the difference (direct bookings only), especially for young children who decide they don't want to swim, that way they don't need to feel forced to go into the water. Remember you will always see more dolphins from on board, but seeing wild dolphins underwater is just amazing.

Friendly crew members that were helpful but a little flippant about the safety brief at the start of the cruise. Perhaps it could be forgiven that the drinks were not overally cold since it was 41 degrees on the day we went out! All in all worth the money!

We took our 2 grown up children & their partners as a Christmas present & everybody loved the experience. When dolphins are spotted & the crew think it is time to get in the water it is a speedy process, you slide into the water, grab onto a rope that is being towed behind the boat & move to the... they say they guarantee dolphins, that might be the case but i felt a little underwhelmed as they are gone before you have chance to get your breath & see. the young boy who took the photo's only 25, sounds a lot? but when you plug the usb stick in your laptop & 20 of them are of the pretty... Went on the dolphin swim with my teenage girl on a rainy and windy day, so the circumstances weren't the best. The staff was really friendly and gave a thorough introduction as we headed out. Because of the weather, we were only lucky enough to get in the water twice, but we stayed in with the dolphins for 20 minutes... More

The weather was amazing, the boat fantastic, the crew outstanding, the cruise up the coast to seacliff and back was exhilarating the only downfall was it was too short, I would recommend this to everyone.

Fantastic idea, great boat. Inside, outside, great spot to be at the front. Staff very nice and helpful. Good price too. Giving 4 because if that will be any other day, cruise would be canceled. Was very choppy, windy and we shouldn't go. Couldn't sit inside, couldn't walk. You had to hold on and be careful. Most of ladies didn't... More

although I didn't manage the water very well, the experience of seeing wild dolphins was brilliant and the operators were friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
