I still remember the road that was replaced by the bridge. It really has become a landmark for the Illawarra and lots of people take the opportunity to walk and enjoy the panoramic view.

The first part of the drive through the National Park down to Stanwell Tops is through the park with that "driving through the trees" feeling. The next part down to Thirroul/Bulli is along the coast with some lovely sea view and includes the Seacliff bridge....More

If you're driving between Sydney and Wollongong, take the time to drive along the coast road. It'll take a little longer, but it's definitely worth it. The views are amazing, there are some stunning walks, lookouts, beaches, pubs and cafes. The crowning jewel is the...More

The Sea Cliff Bridge one way is roughly one kilometer, you will want to walk slowly to take in all the sites, sounds and selfies. We recommend parking in Coalcliff as parking at the southern tip of the bridge is very limited.
