We dropped in during our stay in Port Macquarie. The walking platform is well maintained and gives you an unobstructed and I disturbed view of the natural forest. Reasonably priced and has a gift shop and cafe. Glad we went.

A really comfortable and accessible rainforest walk. Geared well for children and families. Could be improved by an audio tour option, or more information signs along the way.

Beautifully constructed boardwalk through the rainforests of port. $9 entry for an adult. Saw plenty of birds and a few lizards. Was like being in Jurassic park waiting for a dinosaur to jump out! Walk took about and hour.

Visited on a cool morning which limited the wildlife sightings however we walked around the boardwalk with a lady who really knew her stuff. Plenty of time to ask questions and soak up the atmosphere. I think my grandson would have loved it as well.

This centre is worth a visit if you're interested in wildlife or you're not from Australia, as the rainforest setting is brilliant. We saw plenty of reptiles roaming around above and below the boardwalk. The information provided on the tour is thorough. Only downside is...More

The entrance fee is $8 per adult which includes a guided tour. No need to book the guide in advance, just request one when you arrive, you might have to wait a few minutes but there is a gift shop to browse while waiting.
