Not the usual vineyard experience but want to say that the show is impressive at Bimbadgen. We saw Blondie and Cindy Lauper and the atmosphere and service was great. My only complaint for people who attend is to avoid getting a taxi home. It is...More

Good range of classic Hunter Valley wines as well as some unusual Italian varieties. Fortified Verdhelo was phenomenal. Small fee for tasting which is waived if you buy something. Interesting to have the cellar door fully incorporated in the winery.

We enjoyed visiting Bimbadgen, the staff were friendly and made the visit quite enjoyable with their knowledge of the area and wines. Great to wonder out the back and grab a coffee and enjoy the views.

A Day on the Green 5th March. Can you take your own esky with ice and food and sealed water into this event? Also, what beer is sold at this event?

That's a bit 'event specific', so I'm afraid I would only suggest calling the organisers or booking agent for t&c for that event. I'm certain they eould differ from one event to another. Enjoy the show!
