This is a really nice quiet place to spend some time if you are in Te Anau, it has lake Henry which had stunning reflactions when I went and is just a generally lovely place to wonder around.

Big park in the centre of a lovely location. Had a lovely stroll round parts of it while on a short stop over and really enjoyed the experience. This is a beautiful park with mature trees and lots to do and see.

This is hidden behind big pine trees along the main road with only one official entrance. There is still traffic noise and the noise of people playing frisbee golf but it's still a nice park of rolling lawns and huge trees plus a nice lake...More

Scenic park right next to the water and lake in Te Anau. Good place to have lunch, bring sandfly repellent.

We took a hour walk in this park and really enjoyed the scenery, especially the views of the lake. The paths are nice and wide and in great condition. It is a nice way to wind down after a day of driving.
