This is the main War Memorial in Invercargill (the other one is for the Boar War which is at the other end of Dee street.) There are bench seats around the Cenotaph were you can just have time out to remember the falling! etc,

We went to the dawn service for ANZAC day and it had been cleaned up spic and span for the event. Was great to see such a huge turnout and the cenotaph looked amazing.

Beautifully cared for, the cenotaph is in Queen's Park and is a wonderful memorial to the men who gave their lives to help maintain freedom of choice and thought.
