This street was badly broken by the earthquake and there are a number of buildings being demolished. However this street shows the attitude of Christchurch, The rebuilding efforts are in full swing and this is a pleasing aspect of a visit to this street.

There is still a lot to be (re)build in Christchurch and this streets is one of the examples. Apparently it took 5 years to decide where to go and now they are re-building in a fast pace the new city.
