Nothing too special about this park. Just a normal park with a nice Homestead House available for events. The rose garden wasn't too impressive. Prefer Hagley Park over Mona Vale.

A small garden that had the Avon river running through it. I loved it here!!! I think it was the cozy and quaint feeling it evoked. It was just so idyllic.

This is a special place. Like much of Christchurch, this place represents the city council nicks commitment to play bloc places of beauty. The rose garden is lovely, and the cafe is quiet, and a very nice place for afternoon tea or a coffee.

The wettest day in ChCh for some time, but inside was it was lovely and warm. The refurbishment looks great, the colours scheme in soft greens reflects the outdoors nicely. It was way too wet to venture into the gardens, but they were truly gorgeous....More

Beautiful house and gardens close to downtown Christchurch. Houuse is open as a restaurant. High tea is available. We didn'thave time to eat here but it looked lovely. The gardens are well kept and meander along the river. the gazebo is very unusual.
