Beautiful park with stunning flowers and trees, lovely lake & it's nice to see all the bird life. They also hold free concerts at Christmas time and the festival of the lights is amazing.

Winter has just arrived and the last of the autumn leaves are still peppering the surrounding grounds, not too hot and neither cold. Take your time to just stroll around this park, lots of little pieces of history to discover.

Limited but free parking available in the main entrance. Great design of lake-side walks, the (artificial) waterfall, all well maintained and tranquil. Ramps available on gradients. A great attraction and an appealling asset for the city.
