The maze is fun and challenging. Went on the hottest day and should have worn hat and taken drink. Took about 40 minutes. If the place was maintained this could be a great venue for family days etc. The boards in the steps need replacing...More

No one was onsite when we arrived and the toilets were blocked and not working, plus looking like they need a good clean. The rafting business at the front told us how to get in and took our money. The maze itself is a great...More

Got a grabone deal which made the price more bearable. Quite an old structure and a lot of the wooden boards felt they were going to break under me , I am not a heavy person. Probably better suited to children

I found this maze more challenging and fun than the other maze you can do in Rotorua. It does need some maintenance as I don't think much has been done since it was built which is a shame. Kids will love it though

My son and I got incredibly frustrated trying to conquer this maze, and eventually we got it! A great way to spend a sunny autumn morning in Rotorua, but take a bottle of water with you!

our children enjoyed this maze and the picnicking area was used afterwards to have our lunch. We thought it was overpriced for what it is and would perhaps offer more by having a plau area out the front (appears that it used to)
