If you were to revisit Maori culture, this is the best place. One can witness all their dances, customs in a very organised way. They have nicely preserved their habits.

The initial ceremony and in the theater dances were great, it's really a good cultural experience. Some of the attendees were invited to join the dances and singers. Very nice! Would I make a long trip just to see these? Probably not, but you can...More

This is a place which opens its doors free to Rotorua citizens once a year and often I go. The geyser is good and the walk is interesting from a mudpool viewing perspective. I lie the corn cooked in the hot pool.
