What an among exabution of old cars in this city who would have thought it would be like this and they even came out to the port to farewell our ship. So much nostalgia the city is proud of. People are so friendly .

This was a fantastic walking around the city area in Napier with the guide explaining all about the Art Deco buildings built after the earthquake in February 1932. There are 3 times to choose.

We didn’t do a guided tour but watched the film which was about 20 mins costing $5. Enjoyed it giving the history of the earth quake and rebuilding.

Hi Rhetta The free shuttles drop you to the NAPIER isite which is a 2 minute walk from our Art Deco Centre. We add additional walks for c ruise ship passengers. Regards Abby

Good morning, yes you are able to book on the day, we have guided tours every day (except Christmas Day) at 10.00am and 2.00pm. We also offer a 5.00pm Guided Walk in the Summer months (October - April). We add on additional... More

Yes, these walking tours go on all year round and by November you will be into the traditional New Zealand tourist season. Go into the Art Deco heritage place and the staff will let you know what is available.
