I stopped here whilst in Napier and it's a lovely little shop full of Art Deco items, and you can also book walking tours here with the staff. Staff are friendly and helpful, and I loved some of the items in the shop. There's also a short movie you can watch. For me, some of the prices of items were... More

As a local who is lucky enough to have lots of visitors from other parts of N Z as well as international ones I thoroughly recommend the Trust as a starting point for an excellent tour of our deco town. I have been with several visitors on several of the guided walks and have always learned something new myself. The... More

Our Art Deco walking tour was 2 hours duration. It started at the Art Deco Museum with a film then we were given headphones and audio equipment in order to hear the tour guide as we walked. I thought the tour was a little too long considering we were walking at a fast pace in order to cover as many... More

We loved the vintage car tour from Art Deck Trust. The pricing was similar to other company but with Art Deco Trust we could go into some Art Deco buildings, visit the purpose built Art Deco suburb and Bluff Hill lookout. Our guide was awesome - very knowledgeable, polite, well dressed - a real gentlemen. The buildings we visited were... More

We took the Green Packard for a trip around town - 75 minute tour. Our guide Cherie was very informative & you could tell her genuine interest in showing us the heritage of her town. Watching the movie at the shop also filled the gaps in, as to why Art Deco is so popular in Napier. Very informative & interesting... More

Quaint, gentle walk through the town. Architecture interesting, would have enjoyed more if stories of individuals of thd era was shared. Perhaps it would be more a historian tour than architectural tour...for the cost, it was fine.

We had a fantastic morning with Brocky driving us around in Jen (1938 Packard). Brock has a wealth of knowledge and is very friendly. Thanks for the great trip.

Talked down to whilst making a purchase in the Art Deco Store and made to feel like a walking ATM that they only cared about was me spending money and paying for their retirement.

Were staying opposite the Art Deco Trust and felt we had to visit. We were first visitors of the day to see the short film and the only ones! Well worth the small cost, as it gives you a real insight into the history of Napier and the devastation caused by the 1931 earthquake. It was all the more poignant... More

Wiki was our friendly walking tour guide. She was not only very informative but had a great sense of humor and very very proud of her city. We have a new appreciation for Art Decor and how a city can be rebuilt so quickly not like now when there would be too much red tape and meetings. It was such... More
