I have always been amazed by gigantic structures like the Sydney Harbour bridge. Seeing pictures of AHB, it seamed quite similar and was very excited to see the same. However, it seamed like a miniaturised version of the SHB. Nothing exciting about it.

This bridge was build in mid XX century. Harbour bridge offers the best views in the city. The bridge links two largest areas in Auckland.

We had taken a half day Auckland city tour and we were just driven across the bridge. i did not find anything spectacular or worth getting off on the bridge. Its just a landmark and thats nice to see.

Well designed and presented walk, which was interesting throughout. We were picked up from the Maritime Museum and driven to the bridge where we were kitted up. The climb is easy and completely safe thanks to the safety harness in use all the way round....More
