A must do in Auckland

Close to the City but away from the hussle and bustle. A park that offers everything - picnics dining and wandering.

This is a lovely park for young and old. Good cafe's good walking especially in spring when the daffodils are flowing, along with the lambs playing in the paddocks you can stroll through

This a truly wonderful park with scenic vistas, great mature trees of many species, spreading lawns intermixed with a working farm, free BBQs, walking/jogging paths, two cafes, the Observatory, the Obelisk on the summit of One Tree Hill. And so close to the centre of the city.

In the middle of the urban area, a fantastic place to enjoy nature. Greenery all around. Lambs and cattle. Joggers. Families strolling. A good place to unwind and relax.

Cornwall Park is an oasis of green peace close to the bustling CBD of exciting Auckland We took a picnic and cycled out there to find wonderful riding paths, gentle meadows, tall majestic trees, farm animals, free BBQ's set up with fuel, historic Maori areas, and super views from the top of the extinct volcano. This is the park where... More
