We booked this tour prior to our trip and were we really pleased with the wineries visited and lunch was very generous and tasty! The scenery is amazing there! Our guide/driver was a very funny happy fellow who kept us entertained and could not do more to accommodate us. Would definitely do this one again if we ever visit Auckland... More

Excellent tour guide who took us on a bit of an extra drive around the island as we had time (thanks Evelyn!). Natalie at Mudbrick was great - super friendly and very knowledgeable - very nice wine too! Loved Chelsea, the hostess at Cable Bay, although must admit that we had some greedy guests on our tour so the cheese... More

We had a wonderful full day wine and food tasting on Waiheke. Our driver and guide was superb and the wineries and olive farm visits charming. Mudbrick wine guide was extraordinarily informative. A superb day out despite less than perfect weather.

We weren't off to a greta start as the ferry broke down, information while we were waiting would have been nice rather than leaving us standing for 20min. This unfortunately had a knock on effect with the tour. The first vineyard unfortunately was a massive let down, Stonebridge! We were to have lunch and a wine tasting here which turned... More

Not a great experience. Booked the trip the day before and we were told that we could go on an early ferry and use the local buses free. We did this and visited a couple of towns, a beach and an art gallery being refurbished. Arrived at the terminal for the 13.10 tour but something went wrong and we were... More

We had a beautiful sunny day to ferry over to the island. We visited Mud Brick, TeWhau and Cable Bay wineries and all had something special to offer. Mud Brick took us into the vineyards and explained about the different grapes and how they know when they are ripe; Cable Bay paired some wines with cheeses, and their expansive lawn... More

I came to Auckland for a trip on my own so wanted to book a tour to waiheke island rather than going alone. I booked from the UK before I left. Staff at the pier were helpful and informative. Will a tour you get priority boarding on the ferry both ways. Tour guide was there to great you on arrival... More

We ventured out on a rainy day about a week ago. The staff at the dock was friendly and helpful. The ride over was bumpy as expected, however, the Captain took his time and got us there safely. We were very impressed with our bus driver, Glenn who was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. He is a definite asset to the... More

This tour was easy to book and just the right length. All Fullers staff were friendly and helpful and our tour bus driver had a great kiwi sense of humour. The wineries visited were varied and clean with great wines and a uniqueness about them all.

The ferry ride to Waiheke Island was fine. The tour bus was fine. The driver (Glenn) was way better than fine, but he needs some new wisecracks! The journey around the picturesque island was fine. But the wine? Well, not impressed. Simply not impressed. Mudbrick, Cable Bay, and Te Whau vineyards were chosen for us and we tasted nine wines... More
