Okay...l had many trepidations. No...I am not afraid of heights but I doubted my physical abilities. I am 68, very overweight, and have a bum knee. Well...I squeezed into one of their jump suits...and I DID IT. It was less taxing than I thought with only one evil stretch of steep stairs. Yes it was tough at times but there... More

Having already done the climbs on Brisbane's Story Bridge and the Sydney Harbour Bridge we thought that the Auckland one might be a bit 'tame', but since there are only three bridge climbs in the world we were determined to knock off the last one. We were wrong! It may look a low, perhaps tame bridge compared to the other... More

My husband I went on the Auckland bridge climb and it was fabulous! Our guide, Alex, was very informative and a very friendly guy so not only did we feel good about climbing the bridge but we actually learnt a lot as well! We were given suits to wear and also a helmet so we really looked the part! We... More

Absolutely fantastic experience not to be missed! Well worth every penny spent, we did the bridge climb & two in our family also did the bunny jump on the way, so we could watch them. Each of us (kids 10, 12 & 13) thoroughly enjoyed this experience and the kids rated it as one of the best adventures in NZ.... More

Bought this as a birthday present and agreed to do together. Was better than I Imagined. Knowledgable guide who knows everything about the construction and history of the bridge- there are some very interesting stories you'll recall every time you drive over. Fantastic experience to walk underneath the bridge and look down on the boats and water below then start... More

Nine family members of varying ages did the bridge climb on a glorious sunny day. Two of the group were slightly nervous about heights but the guide, the equipment and the solid structure you are climbing along soon eased their fears. It was a pleasant experience however for adrenaline junkies it is quite tame but nevertheless for the older members... More

My wife and I did the Auckland Bridge Climb as she wanted to complete the 3 as she had already done the Sydney and Brisbane ones. It may not be as high as Sydney but it has great views and the whole experience was enjoyable. Our guide Danyon was knowledgeable and told us about some of the history of the... More

The bridge walk and info was very interesting, the big drawdown was the waiting for the bungy jumpers that were following the bridge walk, 30 minutes is a long time just waiting. As we waited, we realized we could miss our next booking. We were then told that they could rush trough the rest of the tour (we hadn´t reached... More

Hi Erlendhaugen, Thank you for the review. I’m sorry to hear your recent Climb trip didn’t meet your expectations however our website does say the tour itself (time on the bridge) is 1.5 hours and to allow 2.5 hours for the whole experience. This allows time for transportation, preparation into the safety equipment, your briefing, time for any Climbers to... More

This is a great activity for all ages and fitness levels. It is well organised and completely safe, I was a little wary of what to expect but it was fabulous, a few steps to climb but at your own pace. Our guide was great and took photos of us all at three different spots, which you could buy as... More
