Lunch and a look through the crystal cave was great. Nice place to visit if you like these things and some very interesting and huge crystals available to view.

The place appears run down & in need of some major renovations. The $5 rollercoaster doesn't look safe so we didn't go on it. $15 each to look at crystals, ride the incredibly slow train & feed some unhappy looking animals. Definitely not worth it. Both my grandson & myself were very disappointed & will not go back.

Went today with 2 young children 1 year old plus Mother in law from U.K. Such a big disappointment is crystal mountain. Embarrassed to take my guest here! Place is run down & shabby, grounds totally uneven definitely not recommended for any elderly person as has big potential for accidents. Animals even look disappointed. After spending $75.00 on unlimited rides... More

Took my 2 grandkids there. Getting tickets was a bit of a mission. Animals looked sad and the horses were not looking that flash. They enjoyed the roller coaster but had to wait in the hot sun for the lady to arrive. Cafe was terrible. Waited 20min for 3 cold drinks and cold cabinet food. Staff looked confused. Won't be... 20 minute wait for coffee 40 minute wait for food and staff just chilling behind the counter. This place is a joke

The whole staff and the all of the attractions give an impression of being unloved and disinterested whilst charging quite a large entrance fee for the privilige and don't bother with the restaurant would laso be my advice, extremely slow and poor quality.

Overall it's not worth it. Unfortunately I agree with all previous low rating reviews. Run down unlooked after small farm park with bored staff members, very few uninterested animals who don't want to eat the tiny quantity of the food you given. It's 15$ pp anyone over 2 years old. So it adds up. I would have given it one... More

Three of us went to crystal mountain and were very unhappy about the animals. It was summer and the llamas still had their heavy winter coat, there was a reindeer with deformed antlers and they were bleeding, the donkeys had cuts on their backs and the barn animals were in tiny pens suffering in the heat. I would not advise... More

Went here today, no family passes available. Confusing on where tickets are to be purchased at especially for first timers. We paid $15pp for a family of 5. My husband and I and our three boys aged 11, 9 and 6. Our youngest enjoyed it but our two eldest were bored! Really run down, seems like a normal farm, dinosaur... More
