Very much a business area, but with quite a few eateries and bars. It's normally busy, especially during the day on weekdays. Very clean like most of the Perth city area and plenty of bus options to get you to other parts of the city

St George's Terrace is a lovely place for a stroll with lots of shops, cafes and laneways to hidden restaurants in large open areas.

St Georges Terrace is Perth's most prominent business address. Many well-known firms have offices there, including major mining companies. Perth is now a mini-Manhattan, thanks to the mining boom. But like most things about Perth, the pace is steady rather than frantic.

Excellent place to see different architecture style of the 150 years that Perth has been developing. Old churches, London court modern buildings street art very interesting but you have to stop and look don't be in such a hurry or you will miss things.
