From the first time I was brought here by my generous Host Fred, over 25 years ago, I will never cease to be amazed by the view, - and all within walking distance from the CBD. Do it in the morning, on dusk and at night. Perth puts on a different show at each time slot. Just one of those... More

The memorial has been very well designed and constructed and is a lovely place to walk around or just sit and reflect The river and city below provide a great backdrop

With magnificent views to the Swan River and surrounded by magnificent gardens and lawns, the War Memorial is a peaceful place where we can remember those who gave us the opportunity to grow up in Australia. A beautiful place for deep meditations

This was a good memorial, in a nice park. Worth a visit if you have the time. Can even picnic near bye, if the weather allows.

Amazing setting, with panoramic views of the swan river and Perth skyline... but at the same time sobering when one realizes every tree commemorates a life lost too young. The war memorial is tasteful and well done... the eternal flame and battle sites etched into the granite stonework a reminder of what we owe these Brave men and women

Loved this spot. Well worth a visit and a moving and beautifully designed area. It's easy to get to and provides a very moving point in a great stroll through the Park.

A lovely place to remember , reflex and complement to all that have served . A must after a service with all the wreaths and flowers . A bit crowded at special events i.e. ANZAC day . Perfect place to visit for all .

Our visit to Kings Park coincided with remembrance celebration with may veterans there. The park has markers for each of the fallen which was very moving and a memory never to be forgotten

We enjoyed the sweeping views of the Swan River, the city skyline and many other diverse and spectacular plants. Kings Park has an international reputation for scientific research, nature and garden lover. There are many different theme of parks that perfect for families, friends, young children to picnic, walk and enjoy nature, take photographs or just to lay down on... More
