Love shopping? Then visit the outlets at harbour town! Bargains galore, lots of variety... you can't walk away without finding something extra for the wardrobe or home decor!

The place is just worth visiting at all, at the harbour town shopping centre may be only 15% of the shops were opened and they were not selling anything worth buying...the place was just quiet and there were no activity at all, both day and night ! Some serious plannings are needed to live up the place. The only consolation... More

I stayed just in front of the hoabour town so went down to do some shopping. It was quite small and not many stores. But it was easy to walk around with pram as it wasn't that crowded. It has a free tram so easy to get there. I will come again if they open more stores in the future.

This area is distressed - it's full of closed shops, building work and on the adjacent harbour shut and dirty restaurant spaces.

Located at the Docklands area, bit far away from downtown so it is quite quiet business here except the Observation Wheel Worth shopping here with reasonable prices and plenty of cafes and restaurants

Harbour Town is in Docklands at the end of the free tram zone on the other side of Melbourne to the famous and in decline Bridge Road. Harbour Town is not faring any better. It's a two level multi-street shopping complex. Most of the shops that were on level 2 have moved although the escalators keep running. The shops that... More

This shopping outlet is very different from how I used to remember it. Unfortunately on the most recent visit there were hardly any shops open or even present, there were many black empty shops. Which was extremely disappointing. But if you do happen to visit I highly recommend going to the ArtVo exhibition as this is what I believe is... More

Thought since the wheel was operating things would improve, but alas still some empty shops - can still get a bargain, but it's harder to find. Plenty of food options available, it is a quieter place to shop which is beneficial if you're with young kids.

This is a venue on the improve. Not a great deal of outlets, but there are some great entertainment options. New outlets look fantastic as do recent refurbishments. Give it a go, don't expect the earth - you may be pleasantly surprised. It is light and breezy and the staff in all shops we entered were very welcoming.

If you want a good shopping experience, rather than riding the Star Wheel, then this is not the place to go. There are much better outlet shopping options in Melbourne - the best is South Wharf, and then Spencer Street near the station. Both offer air conditioning and weather protection. Harbour Town is outdoors, and there are very few "brand... More
