Check out our new tours! A full-day Phillip Island tour, a Great Ocean Road tour and an express tour just to the 12 Apostles on the Great Ocean Road! The Little Penguin Bus is a budget-priced express tour operator travelling direct to the Phillip Island Penguin Parade. Enjoy a two hour scenic drive to Phillip Island, with commentary, arriving an hour before the penguins are due to appear. Time for a visit to the cafe, souvenir shopping and learning all about the Little Penguins in the visitor centre. We offer a selection of penguin viewing options and the personal service and small-group atmosphere of much more expensive operators. All fares advertised include return transport and Penguin Parade entry.

TAKE THIS TOUR!! They are amazing! It's a small group in a small van vs the larger coach bus. It's much better with a smaller group. Lee was was our quirky, fun and entertaining guide. While the van can hold up to 10 people, we only had 7 on our trip and it was a good group of people. Also,... More

Mac was an excellent guide and very friendly on our Penguin Parade tour to Phillip Island. What a fabulous way to spend the day and see the penguins at the end. If you are thinking of doing this trip this is the company you should use. Small and intimate tour group and very informative and we felt like we had... More

This was a perfect tour, I had a wonderful time. Our tour guide showed us many extras, such as stopping so we could photograph wallabies in the wild, giving us time to do a short cliff hike, and giving us good advice where and when to watch the little penguins who come out like clockwork! He also distributed maps and... More

Despite rain for most of the day, we really enjoyed the great ocean road tour with Allen as our guide/driver. Allen is very easy-going, knowledgeable, and all his efforts to make us fully enjoy this trip were much appreciated (e.g. find koala's in trees, take our pictures, give practical tips/information). The 'twelve apostles' were quite impressive to see, but also... More

Just returned from a wonderful 540km day tour of The Great Ocean Road. Fantastic experience! Travis was our unbelievably knowledgeable guide. The bus was spotless and comfortable. There were ample stops for sightseeing, photos, eating and toilets. We were taken on a walking tour of the Ottway Rain Forest where wildlife and vegetation was described. The history of all the places we... More

Lee was our guide from the Little Penguin Bus and he was fabulous! A great and knowledgable resource to tell us about the area. We did the Guided Ranger Penguin Tour and it was well worth the upgrade! Definitely a highlight of our trip to Australia!

Our tour to Philip Island was a great trip. The really small group made the experience even better and we hade some unplanned photo stops and additional information - details that would not have been possible with a bigger group.

Going in a small group i feel is essential for your experience to be a good one. Dave our informative guide gave us useful tips to help us have the best possible experience. The huge crouds of people is a bit off putting but using Dave's words of wisdom we had a great time. Little bus every time:)

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
