Navigate your way past the bags of rubbish on the stairs and you'll find yourself in karaoke hell. Everything's in Korean Staff haven't got a clue No room to move No food service Just don't bother

Incredibly rude customer service. Tried to pass off terms and conditions we had never been provided with as related to us and were incredibly rude about everything. Will not go back.
