The first surprise when I decided to make this "must do" trip in Australia was the lack of good information about it. You will find pictures, and people saying how beautiful it is (and it is beautiful), but not practical hints about how to get...More

Despite the frequent stops and delays for the roadworks and upgrades this drive has to be one of the best attractions in Victoria. Fabulous views and plenty of places to stop, take photographs or just absorb the natural environment. We went mid-week to avoid the...More

This drive offers some truly spectacular scenery. There are many places to pull out and take photos. It passes through multiple picturesque towns. We even managed to spot a koala in a highly eucalyptus tree overhanging the road!

You will love the pure blue and green together. Parrots were around and liked to be fed by tourists. Peace is dominating the environment.

Hi Elise, The closest town to the Apostles is Port Campbell which is about an 8 hour drive from Adelaide. I think 3 days would be a push: a day to drive, a day to look around, a day to drive home. You might be better staying... More

There is a parking lot at the Apostles and then you can have a walk around for about 5 minutes to see all the Apostles.
