Beautiful building, prime location, architecturally stunning. We only had time to look around it on the outside but next time we can stop longer to view indoor.

Hobart is full of so many old, beautiful buildings. While this is old and beautiful, it somehow gets lost when compared to the others. Worth walking past as you go on a walking tour of all the old buildings.

Having been invited to a launch of a new community initiative we had the honor to see inside this historic site. It can be accessed by the public under strict conditions so ring and go.

Quite a large building, restricted entrance, but worth having a look from around it. Great strategic location.

A remarkable building to house the policy makers of the State. A heritage building with great photo opportunities. Take a beer at the nearby hotel and look back at the building, then the port that it overlooks.

If you want to know what makes a country tick, find out about its system of government. This was an informative tour about the history of democracy and governance of Tasmania, and the bonus was the building and furnishings too. Many thanks for the tour...More
