Wow. We went in to this tour not knowing what to expect, and what we found was an engaging host (Mary). Our small group we're all sharing stories by the end, and Mary's knowledge of Tasmania, not only Hobart, put you on a quest to learn more. We left feeling full of good wine, outstanding food (thank you to the... More

Mary is a wonderful advocate for Tasmanian produce and it's end users. Her tour is well paced crammed full of information and the cream of what's available with very informed insights of how it's grown, made or produced.Mary's tour is a reflection of her passion and belief in Tasmania's wonderful produce, would recommend it to anyone who loves food.

This food tour was wonderful. It was well paced and showcased a good variety of Hobart's yummy offerings. We sampled savoury and sweet washed down with wine, whiskey and a choice of other beverages. There were so many highlights I can't select just one. Mary was an excellent guide. Very well informed and knowledgeable. We planned our entire culinary itinerary... More

We had a great afternoon with Mary, Her knowledge and passion of Tassie it's food and wine is second to none. I would recommend this tour that only caters for eight people at one time the food, wine and beers were all great. Thanks again Mary for a wonderful afternoon.

We had a lovely afternoon in Tasmania. Mary is so knowledgeable and willing to share the history of Tasmania. The places we visited were great. Standouts were Yellow Bernard (BEST Coffee) and The New Sydney Hotel (Amazing Lamb). But the visit to Truckle & co and Cool wine will have us returning to stock up on quality Tasmanian produce.
