After living locally for a few years and hearing visitors constantly raving about this cruise, I finally did the cruise myself and am very glad that I did! The view of the magnificent sea cliffs and coastline is very different from the water. We saw hump back whales, seals, dolphins and a variety of sea birds. Ben and Yani looked... More

we had booked this combination ocean cruise and bus tour some ago but when we arrived , it was windy, cold and rainy. I was contacted by e mail before we arrived that the 3 hr ocean adventure had to be cancelled because of the weather. However, the staff were really good in adjusting the costs and inserting other activities... More

This was an awesome tour. From the thrill of the sea to the sobering reality of Port Arthur. The staff were caring, knowledgeable and just amazing. They really knew their stuff and seemed to enjoy the tour as much as we did. The personalised commentary up the front of the boat was a bonus. Do yourself a favour - take... More

Another of the Pennicott tours that is top class. well organised, good commentary, great support and help for our very young grandchild. Great views of all of the special points of interest often seen from land but now from the sea. Plenty of seals and a couple of whales. Well worth adding this to your Port Arthur visit.

This is a must visit! Although weather is not too good (cloudy and cold), we still enjoy the cruise a lot. Saw lots of seal welcoming us then jump into water and swim around the boat. Group of dolphins swim and jump up right beside our boat, can see them swimming beneath. View is fascinating, great guides too.

We had a lovely day but make sure you have warm clothes. Do your best to leave hand bags/purses and backpacks behind. They will get wet. Take your camera and water bottle only. Stuff valuables in pockets ladies. Protect phones. The red windproof outfits were helpful and a great look. (Ha ha) Kane and Dano were our skipper and crew.... More

We took this boat trip with our two grandsons, 5 and 9 years of age. There was a scramble for seats and the good ones were taken quickly by the young and fit. It is difficult to board this boat if anyone has mobility problems. We ended up squeezed in the very back, behind the driver where we could see... More
