Only for those who truly appreciate small slices of history. Stopped in at Buckland on the way from Hobart to Bicheno and it was a lovely little stop. There is basically nothing in this town but I feel like it was a necessary part of my journey to take in the sight of that beautiful window

This church was fascinating. The cemetery contained very old family graves and hinted at the commitment required to set up communities in times of limited communication and medical services. The church windows were astonishing and hard to believe that they may have come on very long journeys from England. Also wondering how people managed to come by such historic lead... More
