One of my favourite stops on KI. It offers a few different shows incl Birds of Prey which is just amazing. The show takes about an hour and allows you to get to know some of the most amazing birds. If the audience isn't too big then you are able to even hold some of these precious animals. The caretakers/rangers/staff... More

Both the venom pit and the birds of pray were very educational and fun. Interactive with the birds that we all have the opportunity to hold!

We attended the Birds of Prey show at 2.30pm. The staff brought out birds such as owls, kookaburras and eagles. The trainers were clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about rehabilitation of wildlife.

It was a blistering hot day when we visited the Raptor Domain. But the seating is well shaded and cool damp towels were provided for those who needed them. We saw the reptile show and the raptor show. Both were excellent, the knowledge of the subject was expertly conveyed and the engagement of the audience second to none. If you... More

We visited the Raptor talk and demonstration. What lovely devoted and talented speakers. Both ladies were knowledgeable and more than willing to engage the audience. It was great to get so personal with some of the beautiful species of birds. Their devotion to conservation and preservation of the birds was comendable. As a family we all enjoyed this presentation and... More

Excellent knowledge of bird species from bird handlers. Plenty of opportunities to volunteer to hold various birds. An educational experience...learning about how these birds survive in the wild. Not all seats are in the shade, so make sure you wear a hat and sunscreen as it gets really hot. This is not a stop for food - ice creams and... More

I only saw one show, the Venom Pit, and in hindsight seeing all three shows may have improved by experience, but given it is a presentation style operation it is a lot of talking to take in. This is especially challenging with small children. Given there are no exhibits and you can't check out the animals at your own pace,... More

The show was so amazing. Dana & Kyle have a great relationship with the birds and gave us lots of interesting information. We saw the birds up close and even had a barn owl hop on our laps! The wedge tail eagle is always impressive, but even more so when seen up close. Definitely recommend and is suitable for all... More

Loved our time here! There were only about 15 other people at the time of our visit which meant that there was plenty of opportunity to have one of the birds sit on your arm. The two young women who introduced the birds were very informative and obviously loved and knew a lot about their birds. When we were there... More
