We had breakfast with the koalas in the morning and they had a variety of food to offer which was great. Koala cuddle was awesome, we each got about a minute or so with the koala which is longer than most places offer. A high...More

Cages very small, I felt sorry for the animals and birds, also the poor koalas having to be propped up in tiny pens while people make lots of noise and eat around them, can't be in the animals interest. The encounters meeting snakes etc cannot...More

Many thanks for your feedback. Rest assured Wildlife Hamilton Island does place the welfare of its animals as a high priority and as such we are accredited with the Zoo and Aquarium Association of Australasia where animal welfare is the core focus.

The highlight here was the large crocodile. There are wallabies, cockatoos, pythons, dingoes, freshwater crocodiles and a cassowary. A nice outing.

We had Grandchildren under 5 holidaying with us on the Island and a week with one entry ticket can't be scoffed at. Each day we fronted up to see what the Crocodile was up to and the Cockatoos along with the Koalas. My Grandchildren delighted...More

The initial ticket will gain you access for the remainder of your trip. We took our 2yo 4 times over 2.5 days as the park isn’t very big and was a great way to pass half an hour. We also did the 4pm feeding tour...More

We stopped here for breakfast with the koalas. Be early at 7:30 when they open as they bring them out to feed or they’ll be dopey and sleepy in no time. Breakfast was super second rate but the novelty appealed. We didn’t do the whole...More

Really enjoyed getting to see Koalas, Wallabys and Dingoes here. I'm not a fan of Zoos, and this felt like the right half way house between captivity and genuine wildlife rescue and rehabilitation. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Do go for one of the...More

I’ve visited the wildlife park during my stay once. As it is simply very very small I want you to know not to expect too much. A nice thing for families is the breakfast with the koalas or the dingo experience. In my opinion a...More

Expensive for what it is. The general admission was $27. We wanted to do the dingo experience which was additional but it was full. There is on the plus side a huge crocodile that you are able to get up close to. We also saw...More
