Excellent!

A huge variety of stalls. Mainly aimed at tourists but I enjoyed them anyway. Luckily didn't take much cash and not many had eftpos so I had a lovely time without spending a lot!

I have attended this market each time I am in cairns. You cannot miss it. It is almost mandatory to have a coconut experience with the family who have developed this culinary delight. You choose a coconut, drink the milk while strolling around the market to see all sorts of craft, art works, local produce, and characters, then return to... More

We came here with intentions of buying certain things (vanilla essence and macadamias) so nothing else really jumped out at us to stop and look. Would have liked to have seen more local art.

Markets are not my thing but I liked this one as the locals were all laid back and friendly. I bought some local tropical fruit which was cheap and super tasty.

A wonderful market set out on the foreshore under beautiful old trees. Many diffrent stalls with some clever people. Many local foods and drinks, to hats croc belts, T shirtsand cards etc. A very relaxing Sunday strolling through the market.

Lovely location of this market under shady trees, with birds singing, and close to main town shopping area. Not as much fresh produce as Yungaburra market, but more gifts, clothes, crafts. Pleasant morning walk here is recommended before the day gets hot. Disappointed that there were not many breakfast food vans as we had hoped, so went to local cafe... More

Stunning market, loads of interesting things to look at! Lots of novel things that make you think about your lifestyle and if you could change it for the better! Bought some hemp soap and some fresh off the boat prawns which were delicious! Would love to go again and would recommendfor everyone if all ages!

I love these markets and I keep going back. I've bought some great jewellery. You will also find a number of local artists with stalls. Mind you everything is quiet expensive compared to other markets. The food stalls could improve but the main street is near by with plenty of place to grab a bit to eat.
